The problem

Beninese businesses (clinics, salons, offices) managed bookings over WhatsApp — no visibility, no history, no automatic confirmation. One in three appointments got lost.

What was built

A SaaS platform with a public booking page per venue, a real-time management dashboard and automatic notifications. Customers book from a link or a QR code, no app download required.

Impact

Already adopted by 15+ venues in Cotonou at launch. Free with no time limit, no card required.
